Mark joined the Wealthpoint North team in 2026 and brings over 30 years of experience in Fire & General insurance. Based in the Whangārei office, he now also supports clients with their Life, Trauma, Income Protection, and Health insurance needs.
Mark can provide additional financial advice services, including mortgage lending and investments, through referrals to other qualified members of the in-house team. This ensures his clients can access their insurance, lending, and investment needs all under one roof.
He holds a Wealthpoint Practising Certificate, a Senior Associate Diploma from the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, and is Level 5 qualified in both Fire & General and Life & Health Insurance.
Mark is passionate about building long-term relationships and values meeting clients face-to-face. He takes the time to understand their individual circumstances, ensuring their financial plans align with their long-term goals.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly exploring walking trails and making the most of Northland’s natural environment. He is a qualified member of the Northland Search and Rescue group and an active member of a local Aikido martial arts club.
Mark lives in One Tree Point and enjoys getting out on the water, whether kayaking or jet-skiing, often combining it with a spot of fishing. He also makes the most of Northland’s stunning beaches and outdoor areas with his black Labrador, Frankie.
