Cayla joined Wealthpoint North in October 2025 and is based out of the Whangarei office. She brings with her years of experience in customer service and administrative roles. She began in fast-paced customer facing roles, where she developed a deep understanding of client needs, clear communication and problem solving. She later transitioned into administrative work, honouring her organisational skills and attention to detail.
Now as a client services and advisor support, Cayla combines the best of both worlds – Empathy and efficiency to deliver thoughtful, reliable assistance to clients and colleagues. She thrives on creating smooth experiences, resolving issues with care and helping others feel heard and supported.
Outside of work, Cayla enjoys going on hikes, doing crafts, spending time with family and friends and her little dog Poppy.
